My Covid-19 Chronicles. Anyone Feel Me?

Life is just but a prolonged fleeting moment, savor it!

Sometimes

People dying…
It feels terrible, whether you know them or not.
There’s something about knowing that someone has died
About knowing that someone you know has lost someone

There’s something grim about knowing someone you know who has the virus or a friend’s friend or relative who is ill. It still gets to you.

The pain I see them going through…
It’s unfathomable
They can’t describe it. Neither can you. You can’t feel it, but you can feel it…oh, the paradox of life!

I wish I could take away the pain…just a little bit
I just don’t know how

It makes me understand how messed up the world is
How people have pain behind the smiles
All I can do is check on them or ask what I can do
It doesn’t take away the pain, but it helps…maybe..or so I think

The thing is, when you see others suffering, it goes away with a piece of your heart
