It’s 2pm, I needed lunch about an hour ago, also bcs I’ll be going to the gym in about 4 hours. But my stomach and brain—or is it willpower—are disconnected. Why? Because I really need food, and I take my diet seriously, but I can’t seem to get myself up to cook🤯😅…so now I’m having tea with nuts and a piece of rice cake I picked from the package in the cupboard. I told myself, “here there’s proteins in the milk in the tea, more in the nuts, and carbs in the rice cake”….doesn’t feel like a proper meal though🤦🏾♀️🤦🏾♀️🤦🏾♀️…if you find a cook or a way to download food pls share with me😂😂😂
